COVID Information

Unfortunately despite a very successful first half term of lessons and swimming, we are now closed due to the governments National Lockdown 2.
The only permitted exemption is school swimming lessons as part of the National Curriculum.
We wish our clients a healthy November, and look forward to welcoming you back after 2nd December, or as soon as we are legally permitted to.

The COVID officer for the site is Lucy Ryan.

We are excited to announce that we have successfully resumed group swimming lessons September - October half term.

We have run group swimming lessons in a COVID secure process for nearly 300 students. Classes have included Aqua Fit, Parent & Baby, Parent & Toddler, Parent & Pre-school, School Swimming, School Age group swimming lessons, aswell as private adult and private children's lessons

All of our staff are 100% off Furlough, and are even attending new qualification courses.

All visitors contact details and the staff registers used for lessons will be used for Track and Trace if required.

We are booking the next half term of November - December holidays & offering a 'Confidence Boost' Course during half term.

Aqua Fit classes must be booked through this app:

Private Hire of the pool is substantially reduced at the moment - we are only offering 'regular private hire', which means you book the same hour slot every week. Unfortunately we are not offering 'one off' bookings.
We have found that this consistency of visitors helps to bed in the COVID secure processes and reduces risk for all of our visitors.

The 'Rule of 6' and NHS Track and Trace App are in place for all visitors during private hire.

Pool Parties are not available at this time.
While in the pool we must follow the 'Rule of 6', and maintain social distancing outside of a household. This doesn't seem fair to expect a children's party to do this!

Customers are advised that if they, or a member of their household, has, or have, any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, they are not to enter the swimming facility or attend swimming lessons.

·        Anyone with COVID-19 symptoms such as:

c)    A loss of, or change to sense of smell or taste

Are advised to stay at home a self-isolate in line with government guidelines
