What to Expect:

  • All sessions must be pre-booked and paid for, click here to book a session

  • Please remove outdoor shoes and socks as soon as you enter the building

  • We recommend you arrive ‘swim ready’, but if you do need to change, please use the ‘way in’ changing rooms (Sunrise Pool for Aqua Fit and Sunset Pool for Aqua Bootcamp)

  • Once ready for the class, please use our Waiting Room until the instructor invites you onto the poolside

  • Your belongings may be left on the poolside shelves. Please do not leave any items in the changing rooms

  • Once the class has finished, please use the ‘way out’ changing rooms and ensure you have taken all your belongings with you

  • We do not operate single sex changing rooms. Due to a recent update to ‘Wavepower’ the Swim England safeguarding document, there should be NO use of mobile phones within the changing rooms. We respectfully ask for your co-operation with this. Please click here to watch Swim England's campaign video for more information

  • We recommend that you use water shoes for your class, as they give extra grip to ensure you don’t slip. These must not be worn outside and should be used just for the pool

  • Before attending your first class, please complete a PARQ form from our booking website (Bookwhen) and give it to the instructor, while letting them know about any injuries or medical conditions they should know about. You must speak to your doctor before you participate if you have any concerns

  • We have spare dumbbells and noodles on the poolside that you are welcome to borrow for your class, or you may bring your own

Terms & Conditions:

  • You can transfer your booking up to 24 hours before the class, without any charge, using your booking reference on Bookwhen. The transfer link can be found in your booking confirmation email

  • If you fail to transfer before the 24-hour deadline, you will unfortunately need to cancel without a refund. There is often a waiting list, so please ensure you do cancel if you know you will not be attending

  • Please ensure that any accidents or incidents are recorded in our Accident Book, with the knowledge of your instructor
