Book a Pool Party

What to Expect:
-
All Pool Parties are pre-booked and a non-refundable deposit of £60 is made when booking the party. Our bank details are Grange Farm Swim School, sort code: 40-26-11, account number: 01779338. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your party date
-
Our party package costs £186 and includes 75 minutes of swimming, 15 minutes to change and 30 minutes for eating and drinking afterwards (total time on site is 2 hours). Trestle tables and benches will be set up for you in the Waiting Room and you may bring food and drink for your guests to enjoy after their swim
-
There are no minimum numbers for your party. Around 10 attendees works well and the maximum number in the pool is 16. The price quoted is for 10 guests and a supplement of £3 per person is charged for any extra guests
-
Parties are usually available on Saturday afternoons, but please ask if you have a different request. Pool parties MUST be booked as such, otherwise our insurance policy is invalidated. This also gives you the safety and security of a trained lifeguard being here throughout your visit
-
When booking, we will take your contact details and the name and age of the birthday child (where applicable). We will also ask how many guests you are expecting and if you would like to use the Waiting Room after the swim to provide your own food/drink to your guests (additional cost, please see above)
-
Your Pool Party will include 75 minutes in our heated pool and hot tub, and you also have access to play music via our speakers. We will provide floats and toys for your enjoyment, but you are also welcome to bring your own
-
You will have access to all our changing rooms after your swim, so that all of your guests can spread out and change comfortably
-
We do not operate single sex changing rooms. Due to a recent update to ‘Wavepower’ the Swim England safeguarding document, there should be NO use of mobile phones within the changing rooms. We respectfully ask for your co-operation with this. There are a few private cubicles available. Please click here to watch Swim England's campaign video for more information
-
Please ask your guests to come prepared with swimwear and towels. Find out in advance if there are non-swimmers attending and request that they bring their own float aids. Non-swimmers or children under 4 will require an adult in the water with them. If there is essential medical information for any guest, please inform your lifeguard on arrival
-
Swim nappies must be worn by all children who wear nappies throughout the day. Standard nappies are not suitable. Please dispose in the bins provided
